Gabi Komar-Dixon

Gabi’s highly decorative, tactile ceramic bowls are wheel-thrown and hand embellished in her studio in Hale, Cheshire. She experiments with form, surface texture and glazing to create individual pieces that are best experienced in the viewer’s palms. Her inspiration comes from nature, her love of the sea, and from the highly decorative art nouveau style prevalent in her birthplace, Budapest.
