Susan Aggarwal

Born in Manchester 1965, Susan Aggarwal's explorative paint palette began at Huddersfield University where she graduated in 1990 completing a Textile/Design course. Her sense of freedom, nature, beauty and colour leads us to Susan's wondrous artistic journey.

"...and so I dip my paint brush into my soul and paint my nature."

Enthused by nature and her passion for creativity, Susan loves to explore the beautiful facets of colour and array of changing textural experiences. Captivated by the smells and wondrous wildlife whilst out walking in her rural home ground, Susan takes this to the studio and expresses this on canvas.

She says "I try to capture the joy, emotion, dance, and movement of floral, coastal, and landscapes. Working in Acrylic I enjoy the freedom and looseness of a palette knife. Nature flows and moves and does its own thing. Nature feeds us with a sense of freedom, it offers such healing qualities and it is that which I try to bring to the canvas. And so the many who view my work and live with it in their homes may enjoy and be touched with such beauty."
