Rachel Smith-Ruffle

I am a self taught artist and a full time wheelchair user. I have a spinal injury and as a consequence, my fingers are paralysed so I have to use two hands to hold the brush. I have painted lots of towns around Cheshire and feel my work would be a good fit for the Art Fair.
